Stampin’ Up! demonstrators and customers have spoken.. the Good Morning Magnolia bundle is one of the most popular new bundles in the new catalog! I knew it would be.. It’s amazing!! I paired it with the new Birch Background stamp on my 2 Magnolia cards today and I love them both! I colored one with Petal Pink and Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blends and the other one with Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody Stampin’ Blends.
Step 1: Stamp Magnolia image in Memento Black ink onto Whisper White cardstock
Step 2: Color with Stampin’ Blends markers
Step 3: Die cut with coordinating Magnolia Memories dies
Step 4: Add to card with lots of Stampin’ Dimensionals
This money saving bundle (priced at 10% off) includes both the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set and the Magnolia Memories dies. I stamped and colored the flowers with my Stampin’ Blends then die cut them to add to my cards. Find the Magnolia Lane Suite on pages 26 – 38 in your new catalog or HERE online.
I added a knot of the new Petal Pink Organdy Striped ribbon to this card to coordinate with the colored flower. It’s so pretty and already a best seller. Find it on pages 107 and 174, #149441 online. I decided to try really soft colors on this card, so the Birch Background is inked with Soft Suede but stamped off TWICE before stamping the Whisper White background. The leaves are colored with Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends.
Stampin’ Blends Tip! Add some yellow to the green leaves as shown below to really pick up the yellow in the flower, and, don’t be afraid to mix more than one Stampin’ Blends color. When you pair the Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody as shown below, it’s almost like 4 shades of one color. Same idea with the Light and Dark Petal Pink combined with the Light and Dark Calypso Coral above.
For the leaves, I used Granny Apple Green, Old Olive and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends. The Birch Background is stamped in Soft Suede ink but stamped off once prior to stamping this background. The base is Pear Pizzazz cardstock.
As you can see, I’ve mixed and matched some accessory elements from other suites – the Petal Pink ribbon from the Floral Essence suite and also the Bird Ballad trinkets (below) from the Bird Ballad suite!
Do you have a preference? The Yellow one or the Peach one?

Beautiful cards but I prefer the peach one.
Definitely the Peach. Very lovely.
Good evening Patty,
I absolutely love your cards….I love both colors and I like how you added yellow to the leaves…. I think it makes them look more realistic…….I will probably get this stamp set. …… Thanks for sharing and have a great night.
Both are gorgeous, as always, Patty!
Très jolie réalisation.
