OOOH, I love my new die storage solution for my Stampin’ Up! dies!  I just finished putting about 1/2 of my dies into the new Storage Pockets from Stamp-n-Storage, and labeling them with my Brother P-Touch labeler.. and I LOVE it!!   I have moved my pockets into the new Creative Crate wood storage boxes.. they are amazing!!  ABOVE: Medium Creative Crate with NO cover Creative Crate, available HERE.

The NEW 6×7 Storage Pockets with tabs from Stamp-n-Storage are available HERE

Stamp-n-Storage Magnet Cards are available in lots of sizes, but I personally use the 6×7 Magnet Cards Available HERE for my die storage.  I slip the magnet cards into the Storage Pockets.

Creative Crates are available in 3 sizes. I’ve used the Medium crate to store my Stampin’ Up! dies, and it’s available HERE.  It’s important to note that the Creative Crate is a new product and is slightly bigger than the Wafer Die Tote.  Stamp-n-Storage had to increase the size so that the Storage Pocket would fit properly.

I love the tabs on the Storage Pockets!! I used my Brother P-Touch Labeler to add labels to the tabs.

How I Organize my dies in categories:

  • One section for each new catalog (Stampin’ UP! Annual Catalog, Holiday Catalog and Occasions Catalog)
  • Flowers
  • Nature
  • Masculine
  • Baby
  • Party
  • Food
  • Labels
  • Hearts
  • Boxes, Bags, 3-D

Once a catalog is not longer “new” I move the dies in that section to the appropriate category (above).  You can organize them however you like, but this works for me.  You can also alphabetize them or color code them, or use whatever system works best for you.

  1. Oh I like these. How many did you get in the size medium? Did you get the medium over the large, because of the way you store them? Was just wondering before I order myself. Thank You for sharing all your storage and organizing ideals. It really helps seeing the products and how you use them, verses seeing it a web site.

    • Hi Cheri,
Yes, the way I store them will allow for medium size crates on my countertop with the big shot in front of it. I will need to get a 3rd one because I started with 2 of them and ran out of space 🙂 I will keep my retired ones in the older crates.
Glad you enjoyed the info and photos! 🙂

  2. I think that idea makes sense, Patty. Start the new system today & move forward with it. I have so many of the Stampin’ Up! cases it’s overwhelming at times. Do you also use These Are My Stamps (TAMS) to keep track of inventory?
