Have you played with Stampin’ UP! Pigment Sprinkles? They create the most vibrant, gorgeous colors for your papercrafting projects!
I combined the “To a Wild Rose” stamp set with Pigment Sprinkles and was thrilled with the results!!
When creating a background with Pigment Sprinkles, my preference is to get the watercolor paper wet first, then sprinkle on the Pigment Sprinkles and let the pigment spread. Spritz more water on if you need to move the color around or dilute the pigment.
After the Pigment Sprinkles on the wet watercolor paper are completely dry, you can stamp on it, die cut it or punch out shapes.
One of my favorite stamp sets is the “To a Wild Rose” stamp set, so I have used the flower and leaf stamp from that set to stamp on my dry Pigment Sprinkles watercolor backgrounds. Once dry, I used the matching Wild Rose dies to die cut them out. This set and dies come in a bundle, so you can save 10% if you buy the Wild Rose bundle #151073.
