Thank you for your kind comments and enthusiasm when I shared my Gold Gilded Pinecones on my Friday Live Video! I’m thrilled you liked them!!
I received this gorgeous pine greenery piece from Stamp-n-Storage and thought my bowl of gilded pinecones would look lovely with it!!!
As I mentioned HERE IN MY VIDEO, I collected these pinecones on my morning walks and gathered my Stampin’ UP! Gold Gilded Leafing and Liquid Glue, along with a brush and container. I also added sprigs of these red berries from a craft store to my final arrangement.
Apply Liquid glue to the pinecone as desired (I found the more random the better the outcome). Use a brush to add the Gilded Leafing (I suggest a cheap dollar store brush), then when totally dry, use a different brush to remove all the excess leafing. Keep your leafing, once opened, in a container such as the one shown above.
I found this pretty wire basket at a dollar store, added the pinecones, berries and some Cherry Cobbler metallic ribbon (REITIRNG!!).
