2 Questions: Do you have any Designer Paper you need to use up? (is that a silly question?). Do you have the Lasting Elegance dies? If yes, then you are all set to make these amazing cards!!
2 Simple Steps:
- Cut Whisper White cardstock (or you could try colored cardstock) to 4″ x 5-1/4″ and die cut the Lasting Elegance dies as shown above
- Cut any patterned designer paper in the colors/patterns of your choice (I used the Sale-a-Bration Lily Impressions DSP) to 4″ x 5-1/4″, and layer them together!
That’s it! Ok, well, glue them to a folded complimentary color card base and stamp a greeting.
Simple! Right!?
Thanks to Cindee for this great idea!! She shared it with me last week!
Above: Bermuda Bay Card base, Lily Impressions DSP behind die cut Lasting Elegance front panel. Greeting stamped with Pretty Peacock ink on die cut label from the So Sentimental bundle, stamped on paper from the Tropical Oasis DSP pack. Noble Peacock rhinestone accents.
Sale-a-Bration Reminder! The Lily Impressions Designer Paper I’ve used on these cards is a limited time offer Sale-a-Bration gift!! Available as your free gift choice with your $50 order while supplies last!
Above and Below: Thick Whisper White Card base, Lily Impressions DSP behind die cut Lasting Elegance front panel. Use Stitched Rectangle Die to die cut a frame opening in the front panel of the card, place the DSP/die cut flowers behind the frame opening. Greeting stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink on die cut label from the So Sentimental bundle. Vellum Stitched so Sweetly die cut behind greeting.
Above and Below: Lovely Lipstick Card base, Lily Impressions DSP behind die cut Lasting Elegance front panel. Greeting stamped with Lovely Lipstick ink, from the Bloom & Grow stamp set. Draw lines with Lovely Lipstick Stampin’ Write marker. Fussy cut flowers from the Best Dressed DSP paper stack and add to card, with Noble Peacock rhinestone accents.
Below: Another idea featuring some fussy cut flowers from the Best Dressed DSP stack! This card would be beautiful without the extra flowers and rectangle stitched die cut, but I couldn’t resist. Lovely Lipstick Card base, Lily Impressions DSP behind die cut Lasting Elegance front panel. Greeting stamped with Lovely Lipstick ink, from the Peaceful Moments stamp set onto a Stitched Rectangle die. Wink of Stella added to the fussy cut flowers.
