Game On – Time for Chess

Time for a chess game anyone? Use the Game On set from Stampin' Up! with the World of Good suite for great masculine cards. www.PattyStamps.com

I think I learned how to play chess many, many years ago, but I don’t remember how anymore. Do you play chess?  I think this card featuring the Game On chess pieces from the Stampin’ UP! stamp set, will be a great card for anyone who enjoys Chess!

The Game On chess pieces are stamped in Early Espresso ink onto Smoky Slate cardstock, and colored with the Cinnamon Cider, Ivory and Light Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends markers to add a little shadow and dimension.  I fussy cut them out with my Paper Snips.

World of Good Memories & More cards seemed to be a great compliment to this masculine themed card. I used a 4×6 card in the background and layered 2 of the 3×4 Memories & More cards under the die cut label. It’s Your Day is stamped in Early Epresso ink and is found in the Happiest of Birthdays set #152539.  All the pieces are layered onto a Whisper White 4×6 card from the Assorted Memories & More cards and envelope pack.

  1. I haven’t played in many years either, but feel I could pick it up again if I tried. I was taught by some very young Marine friends.
