Several of you have asked if I have used the Hydrangea Hill Mercury Acetate yet, so I thought you might enjoy this card idea!! I made 2 similar cards with the basic same supplies, one with and one without the Mercury Acetate. Both cards feature the same piece of paper form the Hydrangea Hill designer paper pack, with the pretty blue sky above a field of hydrangea flowers.
View the Hydrangea Hill Mercury Acetate in my online store. The pack features 4 sheets, each 12×12, with 2 sheets in Highland Heather, and 2 Sheets in Rococo Rose. These color foil sheets feature a Mercury Glass finish and are silver tone on the back side. You can use either side.
Below: I stamped the hydrangea flower image onto Basic White Cardstock and blended Highland Heather, Balmy Blue and Seaside Spray ink with my Blending Brushes to color in the flower head! The card base is Purple Posy…. Don’t forget, both Purple Posy and Seaside Spray are retiring in a couple months!!

Good morning Patty,
I love your cards. I have been debating about the Hydrangea Hill stamp set. I see so many pretty cards with this stamp set…. I love how you color yours with the blending brushes. I use mine a lot. Have a great day.
