Creating a slimline card to showcase all the cute pots, flowers and watering can from the Rain Boots bundle is just perfect! We made a card similar to this during our Luv 2 Stamp Group team event over the weekend. Melanie Hockin was the designer and teacher for this class. I put my own spin on it and added more pots and flowers. Slimline Envelopes also available online! I like to cut my cardstock to 7″ x 8-1/2″ and score in 1/2 at 3-1/2″ to fit the Stampin’ Up! slimline envelopes.
You can stamp the flowers, pots and stems on white cardstock with colored ink, but I loved Melanie’s idea for stamping on colored cardstock or a subtle printed pattered paper! Use the dies in the bundle to die cut the pieces, then cut apart the stems and flowers as desired if you want smaller clusters.

Yes! That’s what I have been talking about when commenting on here that if you stamp a flower (or whatever) on the colored cardstock, then you don’t have that annoying white space all around the image after it’s die cut. What a super cute card, and I love the pebbles!! Thank you so much for sharing this darling card for us to CASE. 🙂
