Country Woods designer paper is back!!!
Adding some shading to the stool, pot and jug just make so much of a difference to my eye! Then mixing and matching the woodgrain paper patterns for the layers on these cards brings it all together AND makes the images pop!
Above: I did add the little birdy from the Country Birdhouse bundle. 🙂

I love to watch the way you color with the blends! It makes the flower pot or bucket look so real and the shading is excellent! Thank you. Hope I can learn to do that too!
So kind of you .. thank you!!
I love your ideas for Country Flowers and Country Birdhouses. My flowers have not arrived as yet, but can hardly wait!! I really love your daily subscription!
Have fun creating with them!!!
HI Patty,
These are absolutely beautiful! These two sets were not on my to-buy lists until I watched this video of yours along with the one where you made the amazing birdhouse cards! You are sooooo talented!! One question though-can you please tell me the dimensions of the Perennial Postage die you used for the one with the teapot and bird? I don’t have this die set and I am wondering if any of my other scalloped rectangle dies would be the same size or if I also have to add this die set to my shopping list along with these two bundles so I can recreate your cards. You are going to cost me money, talented lady!! I would so appreciate it if you could let me know the size of that die-they only list the size of the largest one on Stampin Up’s website. Thanks so much for your awesome videos!!
Hi Wendy, thanks for your kind comment!! The one I used is approx 3-1/4 x 4-1/2. It’s almost exactly the size of the deckled rectagle I used. So glad you liked them!
And one other thought – have you looked to see if the flowers in the Country Flowers set are a good size for the pots in the Earthen Elegance set? (At least the smaller one anyway.) I have that set and am also wondering if it would work well with the Country Flowers as another “pot” to put the flowers in. thanks again so much!!
I’m not sure.. it’s retired so I no longer have it.. but I bet it would work!!
Fabulous idea! Your cards are beautiful!
