The Stampin’ Up! Blending Brush will be your friend for these projects, as it allows you a quick and easy way to color the Stampin’ Up! sunflower stamps!!
Above: I’ve stamped the Celebrate Sunflowers detailed image in 5 different Stampin’ Up! yellow colors, then added some ink mostly in the center with Blending brushes and yellows or browns (Cinnamon Cider) ink. Quick and Easy!
After coloring the sunflowers with Blending Brushes, I die cut them and used them on my 3 cards!
Trying out 3 different backgrounds for my Celebrate Sunflowers cards allowed me to play with 3 different looks, but the same basic card design.
The top card in this post features the Pretty Flowers embossing folder in Basic White cardstock as the background. The card above uses the Timeworn Type embossing folder and the card below uses the Stitched Greenery die as the background.

Thanks so much for the tip! I ordered the sunflower bundle, but was concerned about coloring them. I’m not that great with blender pens, so this idea is perfect!
