Postage Stamp Inspired card

Charlie Brown card paper piecing, inspired by postage stamps, featuring Stampin' Up! Basic Borders dies, by Patty Bennett

As soon as I bought my Charles Schulz Peanuts postage stamps at the Post Office, I knew I wanted to make a card inspired by the Charlie Brown stamp.  I used the Stampin’ Up! Basic Borders dies and a stitched circle die and it came together so quickly!!

I wasn’t sure how recognizable this would be in a “card form” but  both my hubby and son walked by my crafting table and immediately knew who it was supposed to be, so yay!  I think I succeeded!!

Stampin’ Up! supplies are all listed at the bottom of this post – just click any product photo to shop in my online store.  Thank you!

  1. Patty,

What a beautiful card! Who knew that basic border dies and stylish shapes die would help make this card. I’m so glad you shared this with us. You inspire me every time you share your beautiful handmade cards. Thank you, Patty.

    • Hi from Kansas! I like this card it’s really cute. Today my mailman brought the package and I was absolutely Blown Away! It happens I didn’t have a lot of the goodies in the Box, thank you so much for your generosity.
