Sneak Peek!! Holiday Catalog Sunflower Card!!

Coming Soon!! Abundant Beauty masks (stencils) in the 2023 Stampin’ Up! Holiday catalog! They will be available on the release date of the catalog on Sept. 6, 2023, but I wanted to share this pretty sunflower card idea with you now!!

I just needed a small portion of the houndstooth pattern for a border, so I used my Blending Brush, Pecan Pie ink pad and the mask in this set to go around the edge of my card front.

After inking the sunflowers with Daffodil Delight ink, I found that I liked the addition of a little bit of Pumpkin Pie ink in the flower centers before adding the center mask image with Pecan Pie ink.

I believe this is what Stampin’ Up! did with the sample in the holiday catalog.. after the flowers were all done, I embossed my piece with the new Distressed Tile embossing folder!! Isn’t is to pretty!!? (before embossing, I did die cut it with the Deckled Rectangle dies).
