Learn how to make 4 corner cards with Stampin’ Up! stamps, ink and paper to make a fun and colorful set of 4 cards at once! Scroll to the bottom of this post for the free video tutorial and the clickable supply list to purchase the Regal Flora set, Sketched Butterflies, or Secret Garden set shown in the video!
I’ve seen this technique called a few different names, but I like “4 Corner Cards” so that’s what I’m calling it. By stamping a full 8-1/2″ x 11″ sheet of Stampin’ Up! Basic White cardstock, in a + pattern, then cutting it into 4 pieces, you get 4 cards with designs in the corners. I just love this!
In the video (bottom of the post) you’ll see 4 corner cards I created with the Regal Flora set (shown in this post), the Secret Garden set and the Sketched Butterflies.
I like to start with the largest image and darkest color. It’s not a rule.. just how I like to stamp. So, step 1, I did the largest of the Regal Flora flower images in Misty Moonlight.
Above/Below: add the next size flower in Calypso Coral, and the leaf image in Summer Splash
Above/Below: final 2 steps for stamping, leaf sprig stamp in Flirty Flamingo and the dots in Coastal Cabana.
When you are happy with your stamping, cut the piece into 1/4ths, then mat onto your card bases. Add a greeting and that’s all you need to do! Voila.. 4 cards great for gift giving or sending, all done quickly!
Below: the color combo I used for the Regal Flora 4 Corner Cards.
Above/Below: also shown in the video, I used the Secret Garden set with the soft pink and yellow color combo shown below for really pretty, soft, springtime floral cards.
Tomorrow: check back for the Sketched Butterflies 4 corner cards!

So glad you will give it a try!!
Loved your video & the cutting tip you gave us—cut an 1/2″ off each side–love that! That is so much better than opening the arm of the trimmer. Thanks. My favorite card was the Regal Flora one with the bold colors, love it. I love the way you teach us things—slow & steady.
So glad you enjoyed that tip! It just makes it easier than remembering actual measurements. 🙂
Loved this card. Thanks so much for sharing. I loved the tip in the video about cutting the paper size first, brilliant!
