The more I use the Stampin’ UP! Bloom Impressions Sale-a-Bration paper the more I love it!! For me the secret is using it in smaller “doses”… so for instance, a die cut butterfly and a small layer of the same pattern behind the white embossed panel was perfect!
The embossed layer in Basic White is just perfect. It’s 4″ x 5-1/4″.
Above & Below: I used the same pattern for the 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ layer that covers my thick Basic White base, and for the die cut butterflies. Above: simply die cut using the detailed die in the Beautiful Butterflies bundle. Below: stamp the image on that pattern with Memento black ink, and die cut with the outline die.

All of my cards today feature a 4″ x 5-1/4″ basic white cardstock panel embossed with the Beautiful Butterflies embossing folder, and die cut word pieces from the Greetings for All ephemera pack.
I just loved seeing all the pretty colors in this paper after I die cut my butterflies!
Both versions of these butterflies turn out so pretty… stamped and die cut, or simply die cut with the patterned paper.
And a little bonus… I thought this one with the pink pearls was simply perfect for Easter! I’ll save it for that!
