Stampin’ Up! gave out this fun Peaceful View background stamp (see below) during a Prize Patrol giveaway at the OnStage event last March in Raleigh. Look how amazing it looks when you stamp it over pieces of printed scenery paper from the Beautiful Gallery pack to make easy scenery cards!! Find the Peaceful View set online or on page 97 in the annual catalog.

Simply stamp the large Peaceful View stamp (it’s card front size) onto your choice of printed paper and then trim it with the Trimmer to 4″ x 5-1/4″ and layer onto a cardstock base. I selected Basic Beige, Mossy Meadow and Cloud Cover cardstock for my top fold card bases.

A hand holds a greeting card featuring a scenic, artistic illustration of a lakeside at sunset. Silhouetted trees and a fence are in the foreground, with a calm lake and sky in pastel pink, blue, and purple hues behind. A white label reads “HI THERE!”. I agree, the Secret Sea is a bit softer than the Memento black.
