Thank you to everyone who watched my Friday video sharing this easy Pocket Card idea! I shared the original idea that I designed for our Alaska Crafting Cruise, and this version and also my Halloween Pocket Treat version of this card!

Dimensions for Easy Pocket Cards

I’ve included the dimensions for cutting and scoring these easy pocket cards above, but you can adapt it to be 4-1/4″ wide, or you can change the size of the flap.. totally up to you. I used the 4″ wide dimension so I could get 3 cards out of 1 piece of 12×12 Stampin’ Up! designer paper. See that tip in the video. The paper packs I used are listed at the bottom of this post. Coloring Tip:

To create about 50 of these quickly, (yes, behind on customer Thank You cards again) I stamped the Gallery Blooms image in black ink then used my Blending Brush and an ink pad to add color to the flowers. I colored the leaves with Stampin’ Blends markers then die cut them.

A hand holds two handmade floral birthday cards. Both cards feature colorful stamped and cut-out flower designs, “birthday wishes” text on a label, and layered backgrounds with pink and green patterns. More decorated cards are spread out on the table in the background. To read more, visit Patty Stamps (pattystamps.com)

Stampin’ Up! color combo

Below are the variety of Stampin’ Up! ink pads I used for adding color to the flowers so that they would coordinate with the floral designer paper.

A stack of ink pads labeled with pink and peach shades sits on a table. The pads include “Petunia Pop,” “Bubble Bath,” “Strawberry Slush,” “Pretty in Pink,” “Flirty Flamingo,” and “Peach Pie.” Floral stamped cards are scattered in the background. To read more, visit Patty Stamps (pattystamps.com)

Most of the greetings are stamped on the Gold Foil Frames labels.. I really love these and keep adding a pack to almost every order!
