I wrapped a strip of the Halloween Night paper around the cello bag after slipping the candy inside, then wrapped the Halloween Baker's twine around that.  The excess part of the bag is just folded over and secured in the back.

Before tying the bow, I added the mini tassel!  🙂

The Pumpkin Pie Glimmer bats are die cut with the Halloween Scenes Edgelit dies (page 52 Holiday Catalog).

Excuse me.. but these tassels are WAY Too fun!!  Don't they just add the cutest touch to this package!?  It really shows that you care about someone when you take a moment to add a little extra somethin' to their Halloween Treat!

The 3×6 cello bag below has a 2-7/8"x7" piece of Halloween Night paper slipped inside along with the candy, then the top 1" of the paper is folded forward and stapled.

To decorate this fun Halloween candy treat, I die cut the pumpkins and fence pieces from the Halloween Scenes Edgelit die pack and added them to a "flag" and onto the bag topper.  I also die cut a black bat, and added a little stamped banner with Halloween Night enamel shapes.
