We all say it… time flies.. where have all the years gone?… but when your "baby" is getting his Senior Portraits taken, you REALLY wonder where all the years have gone!! Seems like a couple years ago I was volunteering in his Kindergarten class!
He wanted his portraits taken at the golf course! They can have them taken anywhere wearing whatever they want.. so that's cool… the photographer was giving it her all to get this shot!
The golf course is very scenic, so they got some great shots with various backgrounds.
What great form…. you should see his SWEEEET swing!
Here's a cute "through the years" look at my sweet boy.
He's had a lot of formal portraits on all our cruises, so I had no hesitation when he said he wanted causal portraits at the golf course. :) THESE were his most recent formal cruise portraits.. 🙂
It's going to be a great year for you JB, .. enjoy it!
Love you!

In true “mom” style… taking a picture of someone taking a picture of your “little” boy! *Ü*
Sweet pictures. Did you take more pictures then the photographer? LOL
Oh Patty – where have the years gone. Matt has his senior photos taken last Spring. Today was his first day of senior year! We had a talk about a week ago and he was saying he wished he was a freshman this year. I was thinking a Freshman in college – no he meant HS. He was a little sad he was entering his last year. He as great friends and was thinking about this being his last year with them as they are! I guess he was contemplating beginning a new season in his life! It made me sad for him – but excited too and I tried to be positive and upbeat so that he enjoyed each and every day this year as not to miss out on the best year but already thinking it was over.
Hope you all enjoy your “little boys” Senior year.
Thanks for sharing your feelings about being a mom!
What a great idea! I bet my son will want that next year. My oldest had his done on some beautiful property and they turned out great! Have a great year!
Oh boy, here we go! I’m taking a picture of my 5-year-old today as it is his first day of kindergarten! Next thing he’ll be a senior too!
Wow, what school is your son attending that they’re taking personalized portraits like that?!?!? It is SOO cool! Way cooler than my “oh, I don’t know what happened to them, they must have burned by mistake” high school pictures…
I also see your son’s a fellow redhead! 🙂

Just wait, Patty…that senior year goes by SO quickly, you won’t believe it! I love how they are doing senior portraits these days…back in my day it was a formal sitting with maybe 1 dress change. lol!
This is so exciting! He’s a real cutie!Love the red hair and goatee! My daughter,Rebecca, just had her senior portraits taken a few weeks ago. They turned out great and I had a really hard time picking which ones to get. We spent a fortune, too! College or portraits? Portraits!!!I hope your son’s turn out well, too.I can’t believe she’s already a senior. She’s my baby so I’m looking at an empty nest next year. By the way, my daughter’s boyfriend’s name is JB,too.
Your post made me tear up. My daughter had her first day of kindegarten JUST yesterday. I haven’t quit crying since, notice I said I haven’t, LOL… I see how fast thses 5 years have gone by and I’m sure in a blink of an eye. I will be watching her get her Senior Pictures done…. Best wishes to you and your son!
Patty time really flies. The oleder you get the faster it goes. Just watching Jason through the years and now my grandson Dominic (almost 13) It goes way to fast. I know we are both happy to have them.Your loving friend Jackie
Looked back at all the pics. Handsome guy. Started out as a cutie and just got more and more handsome! My “babies” are 30 and 27. Now tell me where all THOSE years went. Rocking them to sleep is a memory from just YESTERDAY! Isn’t it such a blessing to have a GOOD boy!!
