It was time for another Shopping Excursion / Field Trip with some of my Stampin' Up! buddies… this time we met at the IKEA location in Sacramento, CA. Cindee, Lisa, Wendy and I had a great time looking for unique storage solutions or organizing ideas for our craft rooms!

Above: We all HUGELY fell in love with this ginormous crafty table top… oh my gosh… I would LOVE to have this in my craft room so I could have friends over to stamp with me… but.. alas, my room is only 8'x8' so I'm afraid this would never fit… ho hum.
Above: In my dream craft room I will have a huge wall of these fun, versatile wall organizers… what fun it would be to fill up all these little cubbies with baskets, boxes, paper sorters, etc. !
And seriously, who doesn't want like 4 of these Raskog Carts in their craft room!? What a great way to organize everything crafty from your Big Shot and dies to your ribbon and embellishments!!! If I had space, I'd have 4 of the gray ones… ok.. maybe 2 blue and 2 gray… hmmmm. Thanks LIsa, for demonstrating how easily these roll!
All of these cute hanging containers were amazing… no wonder Wendy fell in love with them!! Hang up a rod then just hang the containers!!
I think In my dream Craft Room I would also have a wall of these wardrobe type closets… they have beautiful drawers and shelving in them and everything is adjustable and customizable … Oh Gosh.. who am I kidding.. I'd love to redo my bedroom closet to these too! Cindee was having fun checking them out!
<< I got a couple of these.. they go in a drawer and then you can put the DVD cases (a.k.a. clear mount Stampin' Up! stamp set boxes) in them!! What a great way to organize those!!
<<< I know this isn't really an organization idea, but, if I could have flowers in cute pitchers like this at all times in my office and in my craft room, I would be ONE HAPPY CRAFTER!! My garden is just starting to bloom.. I have almost a dozen roses in bloom right now, so very soon I'll be filling vases and pitchers to have in my office and in my craft room…
THAT makes me HAPPY!

You girls are have way too much fun! Thanks for the crafting storage ideas. How about coming up to my Fort Bragg house for weekend and helping me create my craft room? Maybe we could hang out and do some drum playing! LOL!!
Patty This was a fun way to spend a day. I’m always looking for ideas wherever I go and like Cindy I see things in Stampin Up Colors. I love to look at the flea market, thrift stores, and on the curb too. My Stamp desk in my stamp room is a curb find, my catch all drawers are from a estate sale, my stamp cabinets (3 of them) are from a garage sale. (A stamper going out of business)And my stamp pads are stored in a store display I spotted on the sidewalk in front of a gift shop. She put it out about 10 min. before I got there with a $12 price tag. It was for candles. My current stamp boxes, punches, ribbons are on wood DVD stands surrounding my desk. Right within arms reach while sitting at my desk. The walls are lined with bookcases and I love baskets, pretty boxes and large labels.

Can I ask how much that crafty table and the rolling cart were?

Patty, please do show us a post of the clear mount cases in their “new” storage system….I’ve visually challenged on this one. I know the rack goes into a drawer, but…..

I just wanted to give you a heads up. The Expedit book cases will be discontinued very shortly. We were at Ikea yesterday and were told that they were not getting anymore in. So we purchased our last bookcase. I’ve been purchasing these for a few years and have accumulated 7 in my scrap/stamp room and 3 in my living room. I love them!
I would love to know about the 3 person stamp table. It would work perfect in my room. Do you know the dimensions? Or what it was called. I would like the drawers too.
