Do you know about the Stampin' UP! In Color program?
Each year when the new annual catalog comes out (June 1, 2016 is the next one) there will be 5 new In Colors introduced, and that is the FUN news.. but the sad news is, that means 5 colors WILL RETIRE!!
The RETIRING In Colors are shown below.. these ink pads, cardstock packs, ink refills, and In Color Accessories will only be available while supplies last. In past years, once they are announced on the Retiring List, they have sold out QUICKLY!
WHY am I telling you this NOW? So that you can place your order NOW, get them before they are gone, but also so that you can take advantage of the FREE GIFTS offered during Sale a Bration!
I have created a little sampler of In Color cards for you using the retiring 5 In Colors, Hello Honey, Blackberry Bliss, Tangelo Twist, Lost Lagoon and Mossy Meadow. I have used some fun products on these cards:
- SUITE SAYINGS stamp set – pg 41 Occasions catalog
- CONFETTI Embossing Folder – pg 5 Occasions catalog
- WINK OF STELLA Glitter Pen – pg 24 Occasions catalog
- BONTANICAL Bundle – pg 26/27 Occasions catalog
- 2014-2016 IN COLOR BUNDLE – pg 137 annual catalog
When you purchase a minimum of $50 of these products above (or any Stampin' UP! products), you will have earned a free Sale a Bration item! I selected the "What I Love" flower set on pg 7 of the Sale a Bration catalog as my FREE item!
Check out the great use of the Suite Sayings stamp set below.. what a fabulous versatile set! Click here for more info!
Which Color will you miss the most? Leave me a comment and let me know!
I embossed each 4" x 5-1/4" Whisper White piece of cardstock with the Confetti embossing folder in my Big Shot (see it on pg 5 of the 2016 Occasions catalog), and then stamped 2 of the flowers right on the cardstock. I stamped an extra flower on a separate piece of cardstock, cut it out with my Paper Snips, and mounted it to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals to raise it up. The leaf on each card is stamped and die cut in Mossy Meadow ink/cardstock, using the Botanical Blooms stamp set and Botanical Builder Framelit set.
The last finishing touch was to color the raised flower with the Wink of Stella Glitter pen to give it a pop of shimmer and shine!
Stock up NOW on the retiring colors before they run out.. .because they will! History shows that the retiring In Colors can sell out as soon as the 1st day that they are officially announced as retiring.
GET FREE STUFF when you order In Colors! Select the What I Love flower set if you would like to make a set of these In Color cards as shown in this blog post.
This great flower stamp can be yours free with any $50 purchase, but only through March 31, 2016. It's called "What I Love" and it's on pg 7 of the Sale a Bration brochure! Add #141276 to your $50 order! 🙂

Patty's FREE VIDEO tutorials
Good morning Patty,,,,, I hate to see these colors go since I use them alot. The one I’m going to miss the most is Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow is second and also Lost Lagoon. I’m hoping they come out with a close color to Blackberry Bliss This makes me very sad and I’m going to stock up on these 3 colors. 🙁
Lost Lagoon is one of my favorites! Will miss it for sure. I’d better get the refills soon it sounds like.
Mossy Meadow is my favorite but Lost Lagoon is a close second.
For me it is Blackberry Bliss
I will miss Blackberry Bliss and Hello Honey, they go together so well.
The color that I will miss the most is Lost Lagoon, followed closely by Mossy Meadow and Blackberry Bliss. I’m not really an orange or yellow girl, but the Tangelo Twist and Hello Honey are nice complimentary colors to the other three. Getting my “stock up list” together now!
BlackBerry Bliss is my all-time favorite Stampin Up! color! I would love for them to bring it back!
I love BlackBerry Bliss the most. The others are all pretty. 🙂
Love all the In Colors, my favorite is Blackberry Bliss, then Lost Lagoon. It’s so hard to give them up as a demonstrator. My customers don’t like this plan every 2 years. Getting used to new colors is hard to do !!
The cards here Patty, are so very pretty, thanks for sharing. Stock up your favorites and move on.
I will hate to see them all go, but I think I will miss Blackberry Bliss the most. I hate that they are being retired. Guess I need to make sure I have lots of those colors card stock and reinkers.
Hi Patty,
I saw your blog hop yesterday and went hopping along. I loved seeing all of your projects CASED. It is so interesting to see the same item made, and how each person makes it look totally different. I enjoyed seeing that. Congratulations on being chosen the person to CASE. I always hate to see the colors retire. The color I have enjoyed the most is the Blackberry Bliss. It is just so rich and wonderful looking. Thank you once again for sharing with all of us. Have a wonderful week.
Best wishes,
Karren
Blackberry Bliss followed closely by Mossy Meadow! I think this is the best set of In Colors we have ever had…don’t know how SU! can top these!
I was really hoping Blackberry Bliss and Hello Honey would make it to the “permanent” list. I use those a lot and love them together. They will be missed!
Mossy Meadow is my favorite among these in-colors. Blackberry Bliss would be second. I will be ordering several packs of Mossy Meadow card stock!
Blackberry Bliss, love the deepness of the color. Beautiful adds alot of pop to any project you are creating.
Oh my. I think Blackberry Bliss shall be my big miss. Although I did enjoy all of that year’s set of colors! 🙂 I think when I open it, I anticipate the fragrance of blackberries, thus, why it’s my favorite.
