I used a Project Life card from the Love Story card collection (see it here). I punched out a red glimmer paper heart to add to the card and also stamped the row of hearts on the Real Red cardstock using the Chalk Lines border set (see it here). Everything is mounted to a Stampin' UP! thick Whisper White note card.

The beautiful silver glitter tape (Sale a Bration item) was the fun accent I added to the top and bottom of the card.
