Delicate Details Lace Background Cards - Sale a Bration

As you can see from the photo above, I placed 3 of the lace images onto one clear block (Clear Block I #114188), and then stamped them at once in Blushing Bride ink onto a 3-3/4" x 5" Whisper White piece of cardstock.

I layered the lace stamped background onto a piece of 4" x 5-1/4" Blushing Bride cardstock with the edges sponged in Blushing Bride ink.

I colored in the flower with my Wink of Stella pen dipped into drops of Stampin' Up! ink refill. WATCH THE VIDEO here to see the technique I used for coloring the flower above and the flower below.

The flower stamp above and the greetings on both cards are from the "So in Love" stamp set, pg 52 Occasions catalog.

Below you can see the fun layers I used behind the flower accents on both cards.

I layered a new Lace Doily (#142793) onto a Metallic Doily (#138392) and then added a heart die cut with the Sweet & Sassy framelits and the Falling in Love designer paper. You'll see a post in about a week explaining why I had so many hearts left over 🙂
