I hope you enjoy this inspiring Ribbon of Courage HOPE banner that I created with note card size envelopes, large letter alphabet framelits and the beautiful Bundle of Love specialty paper from Stampin' UP!
I started with the idea of making a pink HOPE banner for my friend Roxanne, and so I grabbed my Ribbon of Courage stamp set and matching Support Ribbon framelits, and the Bundle of Love designer paper, pg 189 #144143, and then saw the gorgeous vanilla, Blushing Bride and Gold color combo and I thought that was just the perfect color scheme for this project!
I made this by sticking 4 note card size envelopes together and covering them with Blushing Bride cardstock (cut to 3-1/2 x 5") and then panels of the gold/vanilla and pink/vanilla Bundle of Love paper.

I taught my friends Joy and Roxanne how to make these HOPE banners, and brought all the supplies when we got together… we had a great time creating them! Roxanne's team for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is called Team Hope, so I knew she'd love this project! Can you think of someone who might like this, or gain some comfort knowing you are thinking of them!?

I added a stamped and die cut heart and support ribbon, as well as a die cut flower from the Support Ribbon Framelits to this project all with Blushing Bride ink or cardstock.
I really love all the special touches of Gold on this project. I used Gold Foil paper for the Layering Oval scallops, for the Large Alphabet letters, for the Decorative Ribbon punch detail, the gold edge ribbon and the Gold Faceted Gem in the center of the flower die cut!
Each Gold scalloped oval is die cut with Gold Foil paper (#132622) and is layered with a die cut gold foil letter using the Large Alphabet framelits. Each letter is on a Whisper White Stitched Edge oval framelit. I loved the elegance of these simple letters!
Did you notice the pretty Decorative Ribbon punch border also in the gold foil paper!? SO PRETTY!

I absolutely love the gold foil ribbon of hope
Oh Patty – this project is just stunning! I think the gold foiled paper was just meant for this sort of a project. All the touches of gold, and those sweet new faceted gems make the perfect center for the flower diecut. I can’t wait to try and re-create this myself, once my paper arrives! Thank you so much for sharing.
