Spooky Cat Halloween Treats – super easy using 2"x8" cello bags from Stampin' UP!
I found these fun orange slice candy pieces to be a perfect fit in the 2"x8" cello bags, and I just tied them up with the Vintage Crochet Black trim, then added tags featuring the Spooky Night Halloween paper!!
TIPS:
- Punch out the cat with the Cat Punch
- Cut out the hats with Paper Snips
- Die cut the Pumpkins with the Patterned Pumpkin thinlits
