Each of my Stampin’ UP! Note Cards has a strip of Black and White paper from the Botanical Butterfly designer paper pack, plus a punched out circle from the Botanical Butterfly pack, and then some ribbon from the Sale-a-Bration Organdy Ribbon combo pack.
I punched out butterflies with the Butterfly Duet punch and the Botanical Butterfly paper, then added some Gingham Gala Sequins to match the color scheme of each of the 5 Note Cards!

What are the dimensions of each strip of paper, and what size circle is that?

It’s the 2-1/4″ circle punch listed in the products at the bottom of the post. I gave away those cards, but I think the strips are 1-1/2″ tall and 3/4″ tall by the width of the notecard. They can really be any size you want them to be.
