Well, if that wasn’t just too much fun yesterday, creating and coloring with the Delivering Cheer stamp set using my Stampin’ Blends markers!! Did you catch the live video? If not, never fear, the replay is at the bottom of this post!!
I created 4 finished cards with the stamped Delivering Cheer images above, and stamped and colored a few more on the video!! Those extra cards will be here on my blog tomorrow.
Above & Below: The background paper is from the Sweet Stockings designer paper pack, and I fussy cut the cute little Corgi out of that paper as well because his sweater matched the background paper!! 🙂
For tips on stamping and combining the images from this Delivering Cheer set, please watch the video below. I always like to share my tips and design thought process with you!!
The fabulous star paper below is also from the Sweet Stockings paper pack.. I thought it was lovely with the Mango Melody rubber boots and bow on this card!!
Tip!! You can color your white ribbon with a Blending Brush and ink pad if you want it to match your project, like I did here with Mango Melody ink!
And for a fall or spring card variation with the Delivering Cheer set, I gave my cute little girl some Coastal Cabana rubber boots, and a polka dot coat by stamping on the Pattern Party paper – a host selection when your order is $150 or more! Sending Love is from the Heartfelt Wishes set… I just inked the words separately and stamped them above/below each other on the die cut tag.
Below: please be sure to watch the video.. I will walk you through the pieces in this set and how you can combine them and how to easily make colored rubber rain boots and paper pieced clothing!!
Lastly, I was using up some of my Sale-a-Bration Peaceful Prints paper on this Christmas card idea… I LOVE the skirt with the snowflake plaid!!
Watch the video replay below, if you missed it yesterday, and check back tomorrow (10-3-21) to see the other 3 cards we created together on the video!

I just ordered that stamp set the other day. Looking forward to your video and getting more tips and tricks. I had to smile as I thought her skirt would look great pieced from that SAB paper. I had not thought of the background paper for the card. Thank you in advance.
Wow Patty! Lovely cards! I wasn’t going to order this set but now I may just need it!!!
Gorgeous cards Patty! Would you be willing to post your swatches of colour combos for the Stampin blends that you référence à few times so we can see the combos that go well together. Stamping on a limited budget and I want to pick colors that go well together as I build my collection. Thank you for all your inspiration!
Sure.. that’s a great idea!! I’ll do that and link to all the Blends Videos that include them. Watch for a post soon.
Really enjoyed you sharing your thinking while you designed! Both new crafters and veteran crafters can learn so much from that😄 Your trademark “giggle” reminded of the “grandmother mice” in the vintage Walt Disney Cinderella. They got so tickled when they found just the right thing for her dress to wear to the ball❤️
So glad you enjoyed it!! 🙂 I haven’t seen Cinderella since I was young, but I’ll have to see if I can find that online 🙂
Thank you for sharing the video. As always, I learned a lot: paper piecing, choosing colors, and simply playing.
I had just purchased this set before I saw your video. What a game changer….your idea for making the boots another color!!! Brilliant! I added glossy accents to my boots & they’re just so fun. Thank you for being so generous with your talent!
So glad you enjoyed it, Karen! Thank you!!!
