I believe Stampin’ UP! posted a similar idea that sparked my creativity for these cards. I’ve used both the Heart & Home striped card bases #157958, and the new In Color Card Bases that will be available starting May 3, 2022.

As I mentioned above, in addition to the striped card bases, I also used these new 2022-2024 In Color card bases, in both Orchid Oasis and Starry Sky. I think they look wonderful with the stamped Starry Sky sailboats!!
Each circle is die cut (or use a punch) from the New Horizons paper – no need to be a watercolor artist when you have this gorgeous paper on hand! I’m SO SAD that it’s not in the new catalog that starts next week!!!!
