I was sad to realize that this CUTE Flowering Rain Boots stamp set is NOT in the new annual Stampin’ UP! catalog that starts next week! I think it is just delightful and wish it had been around for the coming year! I hope you love this adorable card with the Flowering Fields tulip designer paper and the fabulous Pebbles!
And NO, the pebbles are NOT in the new catalog either!!! gasp!!!
The inspiration for this sweet card came from Melanie, and she suggested to stamp 2 sets of boots (see above) with Pool Party ink on Pool Party cardstock, then cut one boot out and mount it over the pair, for a more 3D effect!
The boots are mounted on a piece of Flowering Fields designer paper, #157670, available while supplies last!
The best part about this adorable card are the Pebbles Enamel Shapes under the boots!! How Cute! Oh, and the beautiful tulip paper!!

great idea for the rain boots. i will missthem/ mybe they will come out with an umbrella and a greeting, when it rains it pours!.

Just happened to come across this beautiful card with the rain boots and pebbles. Would like to make this card. Could you have measurements for the paper cuts and the tag name. I have this set and the paper and would love to try to make for a friend.
