After die cutting lots of hearts for my Valentine cards (from my video on Friday), I decided to use the “negative space” (red plaid) die cut piece (see below) to add to the brushed gold foiled card front. I love that some of the gold shows through, and I’m using some of the heart die cuts to fill in others. All supplies are from the Adoring Hearts bundle and Most Adored Sale-a-Bration Designer paper!

The Most Adored designer paper is a free Sale-a-Bration gift with your $50 online order, while supplies last.
Above & Below:
After die cutting the red hearts, this is the “negative space” piece that is left, so I added it to the Gold Foiled card front.
If you leave one or more heart spaces open you can stamp a greeting. I loved using the stamps from the Bee My Valentine Set, and the Adoring Hearts set.

Very clever use of negative space and Cardstock!
Pretty cards! Fast/easy cards that don’t look fast/easy are great! I like the assortment of papers you used – my wish list expands with each of your videos!
So glad you like it!! 🙂
GREAT idea! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you Karen!
Can you tell me which label maker you use. I remember you had mentioned one that you recently started to use in a video (which I cannot remember now. ) Thank you
I’ve mentioned a few different label makers in my videos (I have a few).. can you tell me which video or what I labeled with it?
