I’ve owned this Branching Out stamp set from Stampin’ Up! for several months, and have been wanting to use it… so I finally grabbed a few ink pads and my Country Woods designer paper to create some Customer Thank You cards. My inspiration came from Jacque Williams.

Retiring & On Sale
By the way.. at the time I’m typing this, Stampin’ Up! has placed this Branching Out stamp set on the retiring list AND it’s On Sale!! Click to order! The Peaceful Greenery embossing folder is ALSO on the retiring list and on sale! Click to order!
Stampin’ Up! color combo

I used a couple warmer colors on the warmer woodgrain paper (left) and cooler colors on the gray woodgrain paper (right). For all Stampin’ Up! supplies, scroll to the bottom of this post and click any of the product photos to shop online!

The greetings are found in the Branching Out set, and I stamped them onto white circles punched with the 2″ circle punch and Basic White cardstock.
Below.. I loved this design element that Jacque included… just a pop of texture is added with an embossed white cardstock strip and the Peaceful Greenery embossing folder. I added a torn strip of Two Tone cardstock (in Pretty Peacock, or Pecan Pie) to my cards, too.

Mix & Match – your choice
Above: I matched the color of the torn Two Tone paper with the card base
Below: I did a “mix and match” and switched the color of torn paper … I really ended up loving both options.

Hi Patty
Thanks for sharing your beautiful cards and all the details! I especially love all the pictures showing the details.
I’m definitely going to case your cards! I too bought this bundle and was sad to see it on the retiring list.
