Petal Burst Embossing Folder - new from Stampin' UP!

Have you used the new Petal Burst embossing folder yet? It's my favorite NEW embossing folder in the 2016 Stampin' UP! Catalog! You will find it on pg 195 in the new catalog, or here in my online store.

For this note card, I embossed just the front of the Stampin' Up! Whisper White note card, and then added a 1-1/2" wide strip of designer paper from the Fruit Stand package on the left side, then added the stamped tag for customer Thank You Cards.

I used the bright colors in the Fruit Stand paper pack as my guide for stamping the Falling Flower images. You can see that stamp set on page 127 in the new Stampin' UP! catalog or below in the product image photos.

The tags are really easy to make. Cut your Thick Whisper White cardstock to 2" wide and punch the top with the Scalloped tag topper punch (page 186, or HERE online).

Stamp the tags with the Falling Flowers stamp set in Cucumber Crush, Flirty Flamingo and Peekaboo Peach. Simple, cute, colorful and perfect!

Add some Watermelon Wonder striped ribbon to the top with the handheld stapler, and a Thanks punched banner and you are done!

I stamped thanks onto the punched out Duet Banner pieces.. super easy! The Duet Banner punch is new.. it's on pg 186.
