Need a treat to take to a hostess this fall? Or a Thanksgiving hostess gift or table decoration or favor? Try out this idea featuring the Stampin’ UP! Kraft Pillow Box decorated with beautiful Come to Gather designer paper from the 2019 Holiday Catalog!
The stamp set I used on the Stitched Shape Circle is the To Every Season set pictured above. It is available in a bundle with a cute set of 4 punches, or by itself. Find it on page 51 in the Holiday catalog or HERE online #150531. I used Merry Merlot and Cajun Craze ink, because they went well with the Come to Gather designer paper. The stitched shape circle has a mat of designer paper cut with the scalloped circle in the Layering Circles dies. I thought the pop of Pretty Peacock Come to Gather patterned paper would really set off this stunning project.
I wanted to decorate this Pillow Box so that the recipient could retrieve the treats from inside without taking off the belly band decoration. So I cut a 2″ wide x 12″ long strip of the leaf pattern from the Come to Gather designer paper #150454, and punched the end with the Banner Triple Punch. Instead of securing the entire 12″ of the paper, I used Tear n Tape for most of it but then left the banner end loose. I liked that fun look!

The die cut leaves are sponged with some Copper Delicata Metallic ink. They are die cut from the Come to Gather DSP with the Gathered Leaves dies. I scrunched them a little bit to give them some dimension. A small bow of 1/4″ copper trim finishes off this project.
I love ALL 3 of the new Delicata Metallic ink pads!!!
Find them on page 16 of your Holiday catalog or here online:
