The Stampin’ Up! Love of Leaves bundle is perfect for beautiful fall cards! Do you remember “one sheet wonder” stamping? I’ll explain more below if you’ve forgotten, but that’s what I used to make these fall cards featuring the gorgeous Tasteful Textile embossing folder!
After stamping and cutting the cardstock, I embossed each 3″ x 4″ piece with the Tasteful Textiles embossing folder #152718. Look at the gorgeous texture it provides!! Each card is also embellished with Champagne Rhinestones to coordinate with the copper leaves… aren’t they pretty!? Thanks to Su Mohr for the color combo idea for these leaves!
Each 3″ x 4″ stamped and embossed piece fits perfectly onto the Memories & More printed card base!!
For embellishments, I die cut copper leaves from the Stitched Leaves Dies, and stamped a scalloped die cut from the North Pole Wonder Dies #153523 with Cinnamon Cider ink. The greeting is in the Love of Leaves bundle.
One Sheet Wonder:
You may or may not remember the One Sheet Wonder craze from many, many years ago. In a nutshell, you stamp an entire sheet (8-1/2″ x 11″ or 12″x12″) and then cut it up to make several card fronts. For these fall cards, I used the Love of Leaves set with Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Mango Melody, Bumblebee and Cinnamon Cider ink pads. I randomly stamped 4 leaf images and then cut the stamped Whisper White cardstock into 3″ x 4″ pieces to perfectly fit onto the Flowers for Every Season Memories and More card bases.
