Stampin' Up! Seascape Bundle #158359 includes coral, seahorse and fish. www.PattyStamps.com 2 Card ideas featuring Alcohol Ink Background technique with Stampin' Blends markers.

I love these happy, sparkly, vibrant colors in the Ombre specialty (glimmer) paper, alcohol ink technique and the brightly colored fish from the Seascape Bundle!  If you don’t have this bundle yet, I highly recommend it.. it’s so fun to create amazing cards with!  Seascape bundle #158359 available in my online Stampin’ Up! store!

Card #1 below features the Sea Life dies from the Seascape bundle.  I die cut the fish from a piece of the Alcohol Ink Background paper I created (here) and created a simple underwater scene with the beautiful blue Ombre Specialty paper that is full of glimmer!  I stamped the sand, die cut the coral from the Mango Melody piece of Ombre Specialty paper, sponged on some Poppy Parade ink, and layered the pieces together!  The “bubbles” are In Color Jewels!

This is my favorite Seascape card so far!!  I created the background with Stampin’ Blends markers and Cardstock Vellum, by adding rubbing alcohol.  (see the video).  After attaching the vellum to Basic White cardstock with Adhesive Sheets, I stamped sand, tore the paper and added it on top of the vellum, then die cut the coral with the Melon Mambo Ombre Specialty (glimmer) paper.  I sponged on a little Poppy Parade ink for color interest.   The fish are stamped on Basic White cardstock. Before stamping them, add a 2nd color of ink with a Blending Brush.  Below I used Melon Mambo / Poppy Parade and Bermuda Bay / Misty Moonlight.  They are fussy cut with Paper Snips and added to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
