I used the Basic Pattern Masks from Stampin’ Up!, and applied ink with my Blending Brushes to pieces of the Oh So Ombre Sale-a-Bration paper! I think they turned out gorgeous.  Tomorrow I’ll be sharing 4 more cards with this technique!  (Note: depending on when you are reading this.. the Blending Brushes might be on backorder or unable to order right now.  They have been so popular!  Please go ahead and add them to your Wish List instead of your cart for now.  But I wanted you to see this technique in case you wanted to get the Ombre paper with your online purchase before Feb. 28).

  1. Hi Patty,
My question is how did you get the light Pool Party background around the flowers on the Touch Of Ink stamp without getting ink on the flowers?

    Thank you,
    Joanie

  3. How did you make the white backgrounds for the area where you stamped the greetings? Also how did you make the flowers? Did you stamp the flowers onto paper and then hand cut them out?
