Patty, I use AveryElle storage envelopes in 3 sizes. I purchase them on Amazon with free shipping. They are less expensive than Avery. With AveryElle you get a pack of 50 not 10.
I’m glad those work for you!! I have several from them but they are not nearly the thickness of the Avery pockets and I constantly rip them.. so I found the Avery pockets work better for me.
Good Morning Patty! When you organize your stamp supplies, do you remove all retired items (colors, stamp sets, embellishments, etc.) , so you are only working with what is current? Also, if you remove retired items, how do you get rid of them? I have so much retired product and my space is getting crowded!! LOL!
Yes, I only keep current items (except a couple things if they are penguin, golf, bowling or football related). My retired items go in my Mystery boxes once or twice a year. If you’d like notification of those, please feel free to sign up for my blog posts or newsletters in your email. Here is the last time I offered them: https://pattystamps.com/2023/07/mystery-boxes-available-while-supplies-last.html
I have something to all your containers. Yes I like most out except my paper is in a 4 drawer file cabinet next to my work area. Done by color except SU yearly papers.
What size bins do you use for the 6×6 paper and do you put the paper in sleeves ?
It’s the large acrylic crate on this page: https://www.stampnstorage.com/acrylic-crate/#a_aid=PattyStamps
Where did u get the long slender container that you keep some of your clear blocks in on your desk?
You can find them on Amazon or even at Target in the kitchen section.. they are for utensils.
You have your punches in drawers – do you have them standing up so you can see the design of punch? What drawers do you use?
I thought I explained it all in the video.. sorry if i left out details.. yes, they are standing up with the picture “up” and the drawers were being tossed by a company going out of business and i recycled them about 20 years ago. 🙂
sandhillshh@mac.com I loved the organized video. Where do I find the free labels you mentioned?
it is linked twice in the post above… look at the section that says MORE LINKS and it’s the top one that says DOWNLOAD
Just discovered you! You’re brilliant with the organizing. So much like me – I need everything handy and reachable and I tend to bury tools. It’s great to be able to just grab another one.
Thank you for all these great ideas! I was watching another video by you, think it was older…. shows small plastic boxes. I have to go back to my phone and find out where I found it. Its also very good!
Thank you! so glad you enjoyed my videos. You can find them all here: http://www.PattyStamps.com/videos
Hi, which clear bin do you use to store your precut tags and labels?
It was from Container Store about 12 years ago and they no longer carry that one, but you can use ANY divided bin from Amazon, Target, TJ Maxx, etc.
Thank You
Shimmer gems all the way!
