2 Beautiful Fall Vellum Card Ideas

As part of my personal challenge to create 12 different cards with embossed vellum, I came up with 2 fall vellum card ideas. One features the Beautiful Pattern embossing folder, and the 2nd one features the Stampin’ Up! Damask Designs embossing folder.

Embossing vellum is so easy and lends an amazingly elegant touch to any card.

This fall card also features a fun background I created with the Etched Autumn background stamp and Stampin’ Spots.

You would probably never know what the layer behind the Damask Designs embossed vellum piece was.. so I took a photo (below) before layering the pieces together. It’s one of my Sunflower embossed pieces from THIS VIDEO.

I love the mix of blue and orange because they are complimentary colors, across the color wheel from each other. (You can learn more about Color Theory here). The printed greeting from the Saying Something Mix & Match Ephemera pack is perfect to tie in the colors of my fall vellum card.
